As member of our Transport Team (based in Groot-Bijgaarden), you manage the full operation of our road, sea and air shipments in a cost-efficient and optimized manner, towards our customers worldwide (> 110 countries).

Key Accountabilities
As Transport Planner, you ensure that your tasks are performed in an optimal way and in compliance with any internal or external rules and regulations, in view of influencing and improving customer satisfaction through On Time and In Full deliveries:
Daily transport planning in our ERP system SAP, based on product availability check and in accordance with customer requests.
Transport order handling: planning, booking, confirming, adapting where needed.
Provide creative solutions when confronted with hurdles or unexpected occurrences.
Transport-related complaint handling and set up of corrective action, as well as informing customers accordingly.
Check and approval of transport invoices.
Document preparation and ensuring timely pick-up of DHL shipments.
Cooperation with colleagues from Customer Service and other internal department like warehouses, production sites, external loading places, etc.

Jouw aanbod

Who are we looking for?
Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics Management or equivalent by experience
Knowledge on sea, road and air logistics management and regulations
Fluent in Dutch, French, English; any other is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Well organized and flexible way of working
Stress resistant and able to work with deadlines
