We are looking for ruby on rails developers for an innovative service aimed to simplify KYC and customer onboarding in a B2B context. It’s an opportunity for you to help shape and grow a new service funded by a stable FinTech. You will join a cross-functional dev team where you will contribute to an innovative product to be used by thousands of companies.

Your role
As Ruby on Rails Developer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Help to shape and grow an innovative service inside a stable fintech
• Work in a cross functional team to develop high-quality software
• Help to challenge and clarify requirements
• Assist in the refinement of stories and estimations to prepare the sprint backlog
• Help to maintain and improve code quality

Your profile
You have good knowledge & experience on following skills:

• Scrum methodology
• Git distributed version control system
• GitLab continuous Integration & Delivery
• Ruby programming language
• Ruby on Rails web-application framework
• HTML 5 (HAML & SLIM), CSS 3, bootstrap
• PostgreSQL database
• Docker container tool, kubernetes (Openshift) container orchestration,

The following skills need to be covered by the cross-functional development team; they are not a requirement for this function but are definitively a plus:

• Redis in-memory data structure store
• OpenID Connect identity layer on top of Oauth2
• Rspec behavior driven development for Ruby
• Cucumber behavior driven testing using the gherkin language
• Selenium web application automation for testing
• User interface design, transferring the brand’s strengths and visual assets to the service interface
• User experience design, improvement the quality of interaction between a user and the service
