Job description
At our customer we want to enhance an efficient way of working by digitising their assets. This results in a change process that we facilitate to reduce the number of different types of schematic plans. As an analyst/change facilitator you gather and structure the requirements from users into a solid proposal for a basic schematic plan with layers covering all needs. The drawing office will work this out on a technical level. You facilitate the acceptance of this change by the users and other stakeholders.
Further responsibilities include:
- Help our clients to gather information
- Compare different schematic plan layouts
- Align the plans with different stakeholders
- Do requirement analysis & propose solutions to fulfill those needs
- Work together with the manager of the drawing office on new plan designs
- Give sessions and workshops that support the change to users/impacted people
- Travel around Belgium
Expectations
As an Analyst/Change facilitator, you’ll have to navigate through muddy waters filled with railway jargon. You can check off the following requirements:
- Analytical mind
- Interest in change management
- Good communication skills
- Presentation skills
- Feeling comfortable working in a technical environment, with engineers, technicians and technical designers working on maintenance of railway infrastructure
- Excellent command of Dutch and / or French and basic operational efficiency in the other language.
